      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have activted a new sim, but when inserting it into an unlocked phone, it is asking me for a PUK code. I have messaged the mod team, but haven't got a response, I'm already paying for service that I can't use!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a second sim that I would like to activate, is&amp;nbsp;a PUK required for every new sim?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PUK is never required with a new PM SIM, unless it is inadvertently locked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try the SIM in a different phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is make/model of your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot with the SIM installed and report the message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/67764"&gt;@kochv&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes with Samsung phones, it "locks" to previous mobile phone company.&amp;nbsp; You can wait for moderators, but it will be quicker to contact Samsung directly to ask for PUK code.&amp;nbsp; Either phone or do online live chat with Samsung.&amp;nbsp; This has happened to previous Samsung owners in the past.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
