      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello I really need some help please,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my old public Moblie chip got damaged, and i had to buy another one.... i activated it lastnigt, i paid 36 dollars, then tap up another 25 dollars this morning. &amp;nbsp;i just want to know why is it i am not able to talk. and i really need my phone. what should i do, because i dont want to lose my money&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What message shows on the phone: No SIM, Emergency Calls Only, Public Mobile with dots, etc.?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;b) When the new SIM arrived did you login to your account and Change SIM? If, not what did you do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;c) Login into the account to which you just added the money. Does the plan look correct? Does Status say "Active" or "Suspended in red"?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;d) Do texting and data work? Or do you have just a calling plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;e) What is make/model of your phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
