    <description>&lt;PRE&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently down grade to $25 dollar plan per month ulimited talk and text and now I cannot send or receive any text. Also when place a local call there is a voice notification of long distance fee. Is this normal? Please help before I cancel the account all together. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, sorry you are having troubles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That plan is only province wide talk so if the long distance is out of province, then you will not be able to do it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does your self serve account show the right plan and say it is active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this and see if it fixes it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to self serve - Plan &amp;amp; add-ons - Lost/Stolen phone - Suspend service.&lt;BR /&gt;Logout and wait a few minutes then login and select found phone.&lt;BR /&gt;This will not blacklist your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If either response to your particular request leads to the resolution of your issue , please help other community members by marking that post as the solution.
