Hello.
A friend try to move from Telus to PM. His actual plan is shared with his wife.
I'm in the process of porting and I don't know what to write on the "authorization name". Rest is a piece of cake.

I had the same issue when I moved to public mobile. I would just put his name because his number would be under his name when he was in Tellus. His wife's number would still be there if they are afraid if her number will disappear too. Best of luck.

Put the name that is on the account bill exactly as shown. Else u will get a failed port

What @mimmo said. Ports are based on the account holder's information. So you want to put their name under authorization. But I believe there's also an info box as part of the form where you can put more information or an explanation of the setup with the other provider if you feel it's required.

The port itself should be pretty quick once you submit everything.
