So my plan reset on December 7th (Today), I thought my plan was $45, but it was $50. I put $45 into my account the night before. I didn’t have enough funds on my payment method so it didn’t go through. Today I changed my plan back to the $45 plan with 6.5gb 3G data. My account now says I have that plan with talk and text, but no data on the overview even though it says it’s included as part of the package. Please help!

Edit: My data, calls or texts do not work.

If your plan is listed as Active now, try rebooting your phone. Could just need a kick to reset.

If that fails, try setting your phone in Self-Serve as lost for 5-10 minutes, then turn off the setting, followed by a reboot again.

Was it just the reboot required, or the lost status change? Just curious.

The lost status change for 5 minutes, didn’t even need to reboot after that. A regular reboot didn’t do it.
