      <description>&lt;P&gt;In settings I have selected Cellular Data ON&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have set limit to 4.4 with warning at 3.9&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still phone will not connect to Internet with Wi-Fi off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Philwest!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This maybe because you haven't configured your APN. You should only have to do it once. The process varies based on your phone and your carrier.
