Paid my bill earlier this month
Then phone cut off and said hadn't paid
So paid second time and phone working
But my visa shows double payment

Paid Aug 13 2017 for $65,54 and again Aug 19 for $70.06

This was payment for 1 month

Need refund on my visa for $70.06

Previous monitor said would be taken care of but not happened yet
