Activation not working

i filled out the application, entered my sim card # as well as all other info (credit card, email, etc). It said that it could not be completed and to try again. I tried resubmitting a second application but now it is saying that my sim card # is invalid and it won't let me log in online either.

Did you receive an e-mail with the activation details from your first attempt? It sounds like the activation partially went through and assigned the SIM card number to your account.

At this point I would recommend sending a private message to @CS_Agent with the following information:

The e-mail address that you filled out during the activation process.
The number on the back of your SIM card. You can also find this on the plastic punch card that the SIM card came on (it's a lot easier to read it from that).
Let them know that you're having issues activating a new account.

@skmkenn it might be good to to remove the @ infront of moderator_team from your macro, as it actually tags the moderators. I do notthink there is a need to tag and also tell people to private message moderators.

My apologies, I thought it only lead to their profile and didn't realize that it tagged them. Thank you for pointing that out.

No apologies needed. Just wanted to try and minimise inbox clutter for the mods incase you didn't know you were tagging.
