    <description>&lt;P&gt;There has been a glitch with Public Mobile's system that has triggered premature account suspensions for many users. At this point since you have already contacted the moderator team you will have to wait for them to repair your accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will be resolved, although it may take a little bit of time since there is a lot of messages being sent to the moderators due to this. My service had been suspended this morning and restored around 2:30 PM EST, so they are working on it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need to make an outgoing call, I would recommend downloading an app such as Google's Hangouts Dialer, Fongo, or TextNow (all three of these are free) which will let you make a call using Wi-Fi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife and I both have public mobile accounts. &amp;nbsp;We signed up for the 90 day plan over the past 30 days and both have been suspended. &amp;nbsp;I have PM the moderator_team but no response for the past hour. &amp;nbsp;What is going on here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
