    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi i just joined PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in the self serve porting page no matter what i put down in that screen it does not allow me to port my telus number over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have all the relevant information needed and i am stuck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/67155"&gt;@megamax&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To port over, &amp;nbsp;your Telus account needs to be active. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need your Telus account number, account holder name, telus phone number. &amp;nbsp;Don't need IME, PIN, etc. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes, the website is finicky. &amp;nbsp;You could try a different webbrowser, clearing cache or incognito/privacy mode. &amp;nbsp;Chrome incognito seems to work...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If teh above suggestions do not work then you might want to try tomorrow. and if still having issues then i owuld message teh mods and ask&amp;nbsp; them to complete teh port for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
