      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand that many people are experiencing the same issue where their account is suspended for no reason, so I'm sorry if I'm just clogging up the forums, but I really would like a resolution ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not able to call as the plan is apparently suspended. &amp;nbsp;This is despite that I set up an autopay, for a three month renewal on an account I made under 1 month ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please advise on what I should be doing?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
