      <description>&lt;P&gt;There appears to have been an issue with the system causing plans to prematurely expire, and there are a lot of users currently affected by this (myself included) so you're not alone in this. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can send a message to&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;with your email address and phone number, however at this point with it being widespread I'm not sure if it would make any difference in how quickly this gets fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue I had just signed up with Public mobile and paid for 90 day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has barely been a week since i signed up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Without a support phone number to call , getting support is extremly difficult.I dont understand, does this company even understand how to run a telephone service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not very happy with this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please resolve this ASAP&lt;/P&gt;</description>
