Plan has been expired

I paid for my first 3 month and this morning it is suspended saying that I have to make a payment.
Please fix this problem.

There appears to be an issue going on with the system that is causing plans to be prematurely suspended/marked as expired which is affecting multiple users. At this point the only thing we can do is wait.

I paid for a 30 days plan on August 10th and it says that my plan has expired!

This is really a nusance.i guess public mobile system crashed.patience.patience patience
