      <description>I paid for my first 3 month and this morning it is suspended saying that I have to make a payment.&lt;BR /&gt;Please fix this problem.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There appears to be an issue going on with the system that is causing plans to be prematurely suspended/marked as expired which is affecting multiple users. At this point the only thing we can do is wait.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
