Replies may take a bit longer than usual with the issue I mentioned previously going on as I'm can assume&amp;nbsp;they're getting flooded right now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, can a mod please assist me in completing my payment?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have auto-pay but my phone is not working, stating that there is an amount due when I call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to manually pay online, it tells me I have a balance of $110, but when I go to pay it says $0 is due and It will not process the balance. My card is already on the system, I would really like to complete my payment. Not a good time to not have a working phone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
