When is your renewal day? If your renewal is today, account last night would have went to expired, then to suspended (around 2am est system would have started the payment process) then later today once everything is processed account goes back to active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or is your phone not working at all?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
