My plan renewed last night, supposedly, to renew to 6g+3G bonus, but it still showing 6g And with $21 balance. Can you please take a look? +++++++++

Instead of tagging moderators it is best to contactthekm directly with teh folowing info as they will ask it anyways before looking at an account
