Turn on roaming for talk and data and scan for AT&amp;amp;T or T-Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/66724"&gt;@tgra34&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Did you perform the two step procedure to purchase the addon?&amp;nbsp; If you only performed the first part, you will have the amount of the addon sitting in your account balance.&amp;nbsp; If that's the case, just go back in and go through the steps again, and this time it will take the funds from the account and apply the add-on.&amp;nbsp; If you already performed both parts, did you restart your phone?&amp;nbsp; BTW, did you take talk/text/data?&amp;nbsp; Is everything not working?&amp;nbsp; Is your network selection set to automatic?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
