      <title>Phone not working after payment!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, my phone got cut off as i forgot to pay, and i changed my plan and added funds and updated everything successfully according to my account portal. &amp;nbsp;However, now the phone is still not working its been hours now and still nothing. &amp;nbsp;I've tried restarting, waiting, etc. &amp;nbsp;Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
