I can't receive text msgs but I can still send msgs.

Hello,

This morning I found that I never received a verification code via text msg.

Then I tried to test with my friends, he's also with PM. He can send/receive msgs fine but I can only send msgs to him without being able to receive all msgs he sent to me.

Anyone else has the same problem? How can I resolve this issue?

No, I ported last year.

Incoming/Outgoing calls both work.

It's really weird..Needed the verification code via sms to reset my password for something else lol.

PM'd mod too, hope I would get a solution...

It's sound like system issue since you send a msg to mod hopefully they will get back to you soon with solution.

Are you using Google's Android Messages or another app to send/receive text messages?

SMS on Public Mobile seems rather finicky. Try clearing the cache on the SMS app, force close it and then restart it.

Thank you!! I guess it worked for me. I cleared cache for all of my apps 😛
