    <description>Anybody else had this problem?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In my brother's account, last autopayment took on the credit card on file the amount of the plan minus available funds (normal behavior), but rewards were not subtracted (nor reset to zero in the case of the community reward)...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just messaged &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt; to sort this out and get a refund, but just wanted to know if he's alone since I don't remember hearing about this particular problem (or maybe I wasn't paying attention...)</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't had any rewards not applied at time of payment.&amp;nbsp; However, I have had reward shrinkage. I am losing referrals that never left.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
