account status : plan expired

Hi,

So today I logged in to my self serve account to check how much data I have on the last day of my billing cycle. When I logged in, I noticed it said my Plan Expired. Then I went to check my credit card on the account and forgot I to update my credit card, I was issued a new credit card.

I'm not sure if that my account status is related to the problems others have been having - I read about on this forms, or that my credit card had actually expired. However, if the reason is because my credit card expired, wouldn't PM's system detect my cc has been expired tomorrow, on the day when it is actually renews - day one of my billing cycle?

I would like to know before if I am out of a phone.

Thanks

The basic "rule" is ignore all messages on the day of expiry unless your phone stops working and the account Status shows Suspended.

I think you should update your credit card data and try to make a payment equal to, or less than, the amount you need to pay for your plan (plan cost less Rewards less current Available Funds). If that goes through, you can be confident your service will be fine.
