      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like an issue for your bank to assist with.&amp;nbsp; Public Mobile should only be charging one payment, to one credit card/debitvisa.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

PM only charges the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;only&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;card in your &lt;STRONG&gt;only&lt;/STRONG&gt; self-serve&amp;nbsp;account (Unless you have 2 PM accounts, which means the issues are entirely separated)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
