    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i have activated sim card online this early morning, but still the sim card cannot work. I tiried in my friend's phone, he is public moblie user too. Still not find the sim card. But from my online account, the monthly fee has been charged. Is there anybody know why? thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
