But if it's been a week then they've probably closed the ticket for lack of response. You'll need to re-engage with them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So from when you started, you don't see $10 having been added to your account in the Payment history (not payment card)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/50719"&gt;@Dunkman&lt;/a&gt; : just remove what needs to be removed anyway.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
