      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, I tried activating the SIM via the web form and the web form said activation failed. Am I supposed to have the SIM in the phone while I activate online?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You might simply retry and be careful to input the IMEI correctly. Sometimes that 15 digit # is a bit too tiny to read! Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DD&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If yes try logging into self serve. If it works and unable to loginto self serve then contact mods&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it did not try activating again. If it regects the sim number then wait an hour and try again.&amp;nbsp; If still no success then contact mods for help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also check recent transaction on your cc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
