      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get that message when I was trying to do some online banking. &amp;nbsp;When trying to google something says "Offline. &amp;nbsp;No network available. &amp;nbsp; When trying facebook it says "Can't connect. &amp;nbsp;Tap to retry.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you make or receive calls and texts? Check in your self-serve account if you have data available&amp;nbsp;to use. If yes, try rebooting your phone/turning on/offf airplane mode, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
