Account suspended

I recently got a new credit card so I forgot to update it. I realized on the payment due date when an sms wouldn't go through so I made a full payment immediately, the same day. Right after midnight, I still see the amount of my full payment in the account but I got the message that the account was suspended. What should I do to resolve this? I already updated my credit card and made a full payment on the due date. Am I missing something?

In this case, send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your ph# and account#.

You have to contact a moderator, and they have to do it for you.
It's a huge flaw in their system, and honestly I'm surprised they haven't fixed it.

@mimmoDoing nothing is the wrong move, he has to contact and admin to fix the issue. It's an issue of horrible site development.

@dizmo you are correct they need to contact the mod.

My post was asking for clarifcation on the phone status, and give the person some reading on renewal issues.

When @Moonrunner stated his phone status as nothing works @NDesai posted that moonrunner needed to contact the mods.

In any case the issue resolved itself overnight. The money was applied to my account and it's active. At least sending SMS messages works. Thanks go out to everyone!
