      <description>&lt;P&gt;Seems to be a lot of people on Telus &amp;amp; Bell in atlantic canada with no service... nothing official on anyone's site about it yet though, of course.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have regular outages at my work place, but I know it's the building. &amp;nbsp;It's a regular thing for us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the department has decided as they rely on txt messages for communication about OT and shift coverage, it's essential that we have a repeater or two setup to boost our reception inside the building.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
