      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've topped up my account but I wish to change my plan to include the new "bonus" data. It won't allow this change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like:&lt;BR /&gt;90 day pass&lt;BR /&gt;Unlimited Provincial Talk&lt;BR /&gt;Unlimited International Text&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;12 + 6GB Sata at 3G speed&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's prompting me to "top up" to activate. I already have $156 in my account. It says "Sorry we are unable to process your account. Try again later."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Once you topped up then you won't be able to change plan. Only mod member can fix it for you.
