      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/28897"&gt;@Valevych&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it really depends on how busy the mods are. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most of the time, we get a same day response/solution. &amp;nbsp;During the hours when they are online, the response times are less than an hour unless we are in a popular promo period. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They must be going through the messages they received overnight and you should hear from them soon. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
