Not data only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so did you do the two steps of buying an add-on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. add the money into account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. buy add-on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then restart phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The summary show the 400mins add on already. When I tried to call China, the receiver phone can't ring. I heard my phone was silent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just found out the payment history showed "do not use intl long D".
