If yes data is turned on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What phone are you using?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Test to see if data is working then install backup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EDIT: Some also suggest toggle airplane mode on for 30 secs then off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If either response to your particular request leads to the resolution of your issue , please help other community members by marking that post as the solution. Thank You&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/65402"&gt;@shegall&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if possible, could you please download the free app called "Network Analyzer" (the one authored by Techet) from the App store?&amp;nbsp; Once installed, launch it and scroll down to the bottom of the Info section.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully you'll see an IP address (could be a 10.x.x.x, 25.x.x.x, or 100.x.x.x address).&amp;nbsp; Seeing this validates that you have a valid APN and PM is giving your device an IP address.&amp;nbsp; Here's an example from my phone (PM happened to give me the dynamic IP address of 25.50.120.54):&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="File_001.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/14709i5C70A13523DD49AF/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="File_001.png" alt="File_001.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't see something resembling the above, then it might be APN related.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, it's possible that a configuration profile was (inadvertently) installed.&amp;nbsp; Check if this is the case and clear it if so via:&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;--&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cellular&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;--&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cellular&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;U&gt;Data&lt;/U&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Network&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;--&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually, going back to your previous screen shot, it doesn’t look like you have a profile installed. But the “Reset Settings” under Cellular Data is a safe thing to try.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also noticed “3G” and not LTE; while 3G should work just fine, was it forced to 3G only? &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; —&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Cellular&lt;/STRONG&gt; —&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Cellular&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Data&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Options&lt;/STRONG&gt; —&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Enable&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;LTE&lt;/STRONG&gt; (enable). I also leave Data Roaming enabled (doesn’t hurt on PM if you don’t have a roaming package, as you won’t incur unexpected fees).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
