Hi. First i would try logging into self serve. If you can log in your account and number are still in the system if you cant then you will need to get a new number. Accounts and numbers expire after 90 days of being in exoired status

To get a sim order online or go to walmart.

Onceyou have a new sim loginto your account and select change sim under plans.

If you like your existing plan then you should be able to hust add funds. If you want a dufferent plan you need a mod to change the plan. Be aware plans have changed significantly in past 3 weeks

@xmartra, how long has your phone been off of the PM network? If it has been "suspended" for over 90 days you have not only lost the ability to get the pricing plan you were on but will have also lost your phone number. If you are within 90 days you will need to get a new sim and I believe to activate a "suspended" account you will need to contact a MOD click on this link Moderator Team to send a private message. Include your email and the phone number (that you hopefully still have)

@ShawnC13 as long as you're not trying to change plans at the same time as or before reactivating a suspended account, you don't need a moderator's assistance to reactivate, you just need to make a payment.

That said, with the SIM card lost, @xmartra should probably go into self-serve and mark the SIM card as lost or stolen. If he or she re-activates the suspended service now and somoene else has the SIM card, they could start using it, which is not desirable. So he or she should mark this one as lost, get a new SIM card, then do a SIM card # swap and then make the payment to reactivate the account.

All of the above is subject to @mimmo's note about it not having been suspended more than 90 days. If you're even CLOSE to the 90 days, then go ahead and reactivate now by making a payment just to avoid losing the account permanently, and then mark your SIM lost until you get the new one.
