So I have been on a 120$ for 90 days plan for about 6 months now. It was all going fine and I had gone through 2 cycles. Then my credit card expired so after my 2nd cycle was finished, my plan didn't auto-renew (it was on auto-pay). So I updated my credit card and renewed my plan (for the same plan). On My Account it stated I had 6$ in rewards so I only needed to pay 114$ instead of 120$. I did that. Then oddly enough, it says on my payment history that I paid 60$, my account balance is 41$, 60$ in credit for today, 25$ debit (charges) and my phone's service is not even working. What's going on?

It should have taken 114$ and I should have gotten unlimited Province Talk, unlimited International Text, and 6 GB of data. Yet none of that happened. Please help.

Otherwise, you can contact the @CS_Agent
