Missing on web page: add-on that is 4th down from the left-hand side: US roaming - unlimited talk; $8;

I bought it only ten days ago and it expired after the ten days. I needed a few more days so I tried to buy it again but it was missing from the Add-on webpage.

To fix the issue, I tried to switch browsers (from Chrome to Firefox) but the add-on I'm looking for didn't appear. I also tried doing it on a mobile phone rather than from the desktop computer but that didn't help. Then I tried to clear my cache and that didn't work. Then I tried to call 1-855-4public to buy the Add-on, which at first I thought worked but afterwards, realized that it didn't work.

Any ideas on what to try next?

The same addon can't be repurchased within 10 days from when it was originally purchased. You should be able to repurchase it on day 11 since the first purchase

The day you bought it is day 1. It expires 10 days later at midnight ET. How sure are you that it hasn't expired? You can't buy the same roaming add-on while one is active.

Maybe try tomorrow morning to see whether you will see that particular addon.

Another option is to maybe purchase the $15 unlimted talk and text 10 day roaming add on. It is more expensive, but at least you will get service immediately.
