      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have auto-pay setup, have already gone through a few cycles of the 3 month pre-paid, haven't changed anything on my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's one day past my billing cycle and my account is suspended for some reason. I added the amount due to my account, and it still is suspended.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like auto-pay doesn't work, haven't had available data since Sunday &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have options to fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
