Voice mail notification and text messages delayed

For several months now I have been getting late notifications regarding voice mail left by other people as well as text message delay. e.g.

- voice mail notification could take over 12 hours. e.g. it took 24 hours from yesterday to come up. This has posted an issue for me as it happens reguarly. From sender of unknown network

- text messages, hit and miss. I receiveded text messages from 12 hours ago just now. Does not happen as often as voice mail notification. The lates ones were from Fido network.

I read about some posts regarding other network issues overnight but this happens more often than I expcted. Not sure where the problem is. I have been on PM since 2016 using a Samsung S7. Stock message program. Phone is being power cycled every other days.

I did have an issue with a sms yesterday evening by some reason. But that never happened before. And ever since it's been working fine.

Regarding voicemail, yes - i still get random voicemails without my phone even ringing. Happens very rare but it does.

My concern is, why doesn't voicemail tell you what number that voicemail came from anymore?

This is the first time I have heard of this. Sounds like a glitch on the PM side.
