      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/28173"&gt;@blupenguin&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First: Turn off iMessage &amp;amp; Facetime then check Settings &amp;gt;&amp;gt; General &amp;gt;&amp;gt; About - if a carrier update is offered take it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Second: Reboot your phone and turn on Factime, then go to Settings &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Messages &amp;gt;&amp;gt; iMessage on, Send as SMS on, MMS Messaging on &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Send &amp;amp; Recieve &amp;gt;&amp;gt; should show your PM phone number and your iCloud address. Confirm Factime also shows your PM phone number and iCloud address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Third: Settings &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Cellular &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Cellular Data on, WiFI assist off &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Cellular data options Enable LTE on, Data Roaming on &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Cellular Data should show APN isp.mb.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That should do it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
