      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the 4GB for $40 promotion on my plan with the autopay activated. &amp;nbsp;However, I forgot to update my credit card information after my card was compromised, so the autopay did not go through.&amp;nbsp; I had to log into the self-serve and add a new credit card and paid the due amount immediately.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The self-serve said that my plan had expired&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just logged back in, and my plan is listed as ACTIVE vs. expired. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could PM actives the promo plan for me again? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Don't&amp;nbsp;change the plan. You only need to make a payment and activate your account, then you can still use the promotion plan. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
