      <description>Need help! I activated my account and sim yesterday. Was charged for 30 days service, but no plan activated on my acct. I cannot make/receive calls or texts! Sent a PM to moderator team. Need this fixed ASAP!! Thanks.</description>

      <description>I activated my sons cell phone i paid via voncher the correct amount but still no service. I added more money in case that was the problem but still no service? They took 10$ for ??? and the balance of my 32$ is just sitting there in the balance? Need this resolved asap please.</description>
