      <title>$10 plan - not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my plan to $10 plan 30 days - 50 int’l texts, 50 canada wide minutes. I can’t make texts or calls. I had I guess one text go through to a long distance number (604 area code) I am in 306.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recording says local calls out of service area. I am so frustrated. I’m at the point where I’m done. I just want my money back. I’ll switch to a better service. This is totally unacceptable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.&lt;BR /&gt;See what happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I think he also came up with the add a $1 trick too. Clever guy that guy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I barely understand it...it basically kicks the SIM and the service into a bit of a reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
