      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone number is not working. I refilled my account and changed my plan from "$35 1GB" to "$10 per 30 Days" yesterday. The payment went through and my account is active now. However, I cannot make any phone call. I got the voice message "sorry. I cannot complete your call. your account does not have long distance add on".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am in Vancouver BC and just want to make a local call. Please help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I tried to use a local phone to call my cell phone, I could only reach to the my voice mail..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
