      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently had to cancel a US roaming add on, after this happened, I could send texts, but realized a few days later I couldnt receive them. Looking at the board, a bunch of people have had the same issue after a US roaming add on expired, and needed moderators to fix it for them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been messaging the mods for 2 days with no reply, is there any other way to reach out to them? Getting a little annoyed, I've missed some important texts and no response from PM at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This situation normally occurs after the add-on expires. Try going to self serve, select lost/stolen and suspend your account. Log out and wait a few minutes. Log back in and select found.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If either response to your particular request leads to the resolution of your issue , please help other community members by marking that post as the solution. Thank You&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/64281"&gt;@nbourdakos&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The wait time for moderators have been 3-5 days.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully, you will get response in the next 24 hours.&amp;nbsp; One of the regulars mentioned to me this morning that he had not recieved any response from his moderator request from Tuesday.....&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes this problem just resolves by itself with time.&amp;nbsp; Keep try re-booting your phone a couple times per day as your wait.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another thing that you could try is the lost/stolen phone trick.&amp;nbsp; In your self service account, you can report your phone lost/stolen.&amp;nbsp; Logout.&amp;nbsp; Wait a few minutes.&amp;nbsp; Then Login and report your phone found.&amp;nbsp; Reboot and see what happens.&amp;nbsp; If this does work, let the community know so we can tell others.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I cant afford to wait until next Friday (10 days) I use this phone for business and have been missing&amp;nbsp; sugars from clients. Will try the lost phone trick, thanks for the quick reaponse&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wonder how the moderators cancelled the add-on.&amp;nbsp; If it was simply a refund, the expiration of the add-on can interfere with the normal plan.&amp;nbsp; The problem does self correct a few days after the add-on expires.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Normally these kind of issue probably related to expiry of the addon, even they refunded the whole amount. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Have you tried it on another phone using the same sim card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Does it show active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you haven't already sent them a message, send it now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In it I would also ask for the account to reflect the missed days whether it be a credit or resetting&amp;nbsp;of the renewal date to (however many days lost) later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
