My Account Access (Security Questions)

Hello everyone, long time Public Mobile user here however I am having difficulty accessing my account on the Public Mobile site. I am trying to up my plan however I can not remember my password or my security question. Apparently I am supposed to contact a mod to gain access to the account however I have not been successful in doing so. Any help is appreciated.
