      <title>Plan change error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to change my fathers plan online&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;everytime I click on the Change Plan button on my profile page it brings up a blank page with no options to read threw , gives me a "try more options" link I can click on but then it brings me to an&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error 404 page almost as if I was the one creating the website and coding myself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't tried on my own account as I don't want to change my plan but need to change his before his renewal date on the 17th.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/51611"&gt;@kyem15&lt;/a&gt;, there seems to be a problem currently with Self-Serve access to anything other than the overview page.&amp;nbsp; Most likely temporary until updates are applied.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try again in an hour or so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
