      <title>Charged twice after autopay didn't work</title>

      <description>I signed up for a 90-day plan with 4 gigs of data which was supposed to be $73. I paid the $73 and figured I wouldn't have to do anything for 90 days. I also signed up for autopay at the time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After 1 month my account was suspended due to insufficient funds; my Amount Due said $0.00 and the "reactivate current plan" process didn't work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I went through the plan selection tool to select my plan again and manually pay again just so I could have phone service. Now I've paid 2x$25 for 90 day passes and 2x$48 for 4 gigs of data in less than one month.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How do I get this fixed?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks y'all.</description>

      <description>Are you on just data plan ?&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to look for the plan you on i don't see any plan for 4gb on 90 days. ?</description>
