      <title>Remove AutoPayment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wife signed up for autopayment for a temp sim but never registered the # online and can't access online account to remove auto payment.&amp;nbsp; SIM is no longer with us, so can't use that number to get a text to register. Don't see a call centre for public mobile, how can i remove autopayment so we don't get charged next month?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried the self serve, it needs the mobile # active and near, the sim is few thousand kms away and not in use to receive text message for registration. i will try the moderator route.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
