      <description>Hi, I have auto pay set up and my credit card was charged for the next renewal yesterday. But today the account states that payment not made and account is suspended although transaction history says payment made. I even topped up my account by another three months’ payment and it still says suspended. Can one of the mods please help reactivate my account. Need it urgently, thank you.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At you at the renewal date, and does your service still working? &amp;nbsp;If yes, then its a cosmetic error in the self serve portal. &amp;nbsp;As long as the payment is made, it is ok. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the expiry date, the system will show that message, just ignore it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes it is renewal date, and it’s not just cosmetic because my service has been suspended, no calls, texts or data.</description>
