      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/64369"&gt;@alicia_dawn&lt;/a&gt;, what meter are you using that says you have 2 gigs of data left?&amp;nbsp; Is that the information from the self serve account overview?&amp;nbsp; That is the official meter.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With respect to why data would suddenly stop with usage still remaining, there is a possibility that data limits were set on the phone.&amp;nbsp; Android devices allow the user to set limits and once the usage limit is reached, data usage is stopped.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Plan &amp;amp; Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.&lt;BR /&gt;See what happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
