      <description>&lt;P&gt;It can take considerably longer than 6 hours! It took a little over two business days for my parent's port to go through. They were coming off a landline. Started on Friday evening, finished Wednesday. It could be the old carrier being slow to release the number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
